Healthy Batido Recipe: Tropical Milkshake

Batido is a Cuban milkshake made with tropical fruit. Here is a great recipe for a healthy version with some added greens to pack a healthy dose of veggie love in your "milkshake". I prefer Cashew milk due to the mild buttery taste and thickness.  You can use whatever non-dairy milk you prefer (almond, rice, hemp, oat, etc).

Ingredients:
- 1 cups papaya chunks (fresh or frozen)
- 1 bananas (overripe, sliced)
- 1/2 cup of Cashew Milk
- 1/2 cup of ice
- 1/4 cup of greens (Kale or Spinach are great)

Blend and serve.
